  1. Raise Your Standards.
Tell us, what is the difference between something you must do, and something you have to do? The things you must do, are the things that are not easy to do, and so you do not do them. You should eat healthier, but you do not. You should exercise more, but you do not. You should treat your couple with respect, but you do not do it either.
