Vincent Kennedy “Vince” McMahon is a former WWE wrestler, announcer, commentator, promoter of American professional wrestling, Film Producer. Better known as Mr. McMahon who is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors, majority shareholder and CEO of professional wrestling promotion WWE. He was also the owner of World Championship Wrestling, the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling and the company Extreme Championship Wresteling, extinct companies. He was 2 times champion  of world championship.

Born on August 24 of 1945 in North Carolina, United States. Son of Vince McMahon, Sr., who was the promoter for Capitol Wrestling Corp.

In the early days of Vince McMahon career, he worked as the announcer of the wrestlers in the ring, since 1971, began to be the commentator. During the 70s, his father decides to make the change of name of the WWWF to WWF.

In 1982 he begins to take action against the wishes of his father. In 1984 his father died, leaving Vince in charge of the company, one of his first actions was separate the company from the National Wrestling Alliance. What make him president, was the creation of Rock ‘n’ Wrestling, which reached rock stars of that time to participate in wrestling and the controversial Betrayal Of Montreal, in a Survivor Series where it conducted a drastic change at the end of the battle between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart, where Michaels comes out on top under the command of McMahon who rang the bell while Michaels applies the SharpShooter, but Hart never gave up.

In 1998 he began his wrestling career under the name of Mr. McMahon, a stereotype of Evil Manager. After what happened in the Betrayal Of Montreal, he began to have a feud with Stone Cold. In 2006 he retired from the fighting, but over the years he continued to make appearances in the WWE.
