Vincent Kennedy “Vince” McMahon is a former WWE wrestler, announcer, commentator, promoter of American professional wrestling, Film Producer. Better known as Mr. McMahon who is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors, majority shareholder and CEO of professional wrestling promotion WWE. He was also the owner of World Championship Wrestling, the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling and the company Extreme Championship Wresteling, extinct companies. He was 2 times champion  of world championship.

Born on August 24 of 1945 in North Carolina, United States. Son of Vince McMahon, Sr., who was the promoter for Capitol Wrestling Corp.

In the early days of Vince McMahon career, he worked as the announcer of the wrestlers in the ring, since 1971, began to be the commentator. During the 70s, his father decides to make the change of name of the WWWF to WWF.

In 1982 he begins to take action against the wishes of his father. In 1984 his father died, leaving Vince in charge of the company, one of his first actions was separate the company from the National Wrestling Alliance.
