This list will have 5 games with bigger budget. It is likely to be recent games that could be part of this top, but if they are not is simply because companies have not disclosed the total budget of their games for whatever reason.
- Tomb Raider
The return of Lara Croft with the new edition of Tomb Raider in 2013 became one of the best games of the year and the entire generation.

The story of John Marston in Red Dead Redemption, launched by RockStar, is one of the greatest games of this generation, had a budget up to the last Tomb Raider, and was released in 2010.

Another title that reaches one hundred million dollar budget resulting perhaps is not as expected. It comes from the same house of Red Dead Redemption and it was released a couple of years earlier, in 2008.

GTA V is the most expensive videogames ever; its production was so complex that several production companies were involved in the project. Originally budget would be 100 million but the result was another. Despite its cost of production, this game is listed as one of the best ever.
